I've been ordering meals from Amanda's since shortly after they opened. The menu keeps evolving and there's definitely something for every meal and everyone. If you order ahead, you can pick the portion size for the protein and pick different sides (eg, brown rice or cauliflower rice) depending on how you like to eat. Everything is always fresh and flavorful. If you don't order ahead, there is plenty to choose from in the grab & go case. You can even get healthier versions of some sweet treats.

Amanda's Healthy Cooking was absolutely amazing. Those who have not tried any of their food - should. The food has tons of flavor and you can tell it was made with love. If you are looking for a place to get food, let me tell you it was absolutely worth the drive from East Haven to Guilford as no other prepared food place can compare.
